Heacham Manor has high standards and it shows in these neat, well-designed rooms, ideal for visitors on business or pleasure.

The Cottage Standard Rooms are modern and comfortable with plenty of space and located just adjacent to the Manor House in our beautiful Norfolk style barn conversions (or 'cottages' as we like to call them). The Rooms can be set up as either Twins or Doubles and some feature both bath and shower. Cots and ‘zed’ beds can easily be added in most rooms at a small extra cost.

Enjoy the short walk past the duck pond for breakfast!

Made up of as many Cottage Standard Rooms as you require, the Cottage Suites are yours to roll around in. Cots can be added, sofa beds extended and dividing doors opened up. You can even have an upstairs and downstairs.

With sitting rooms and kitchen diners, these suites are housed in our characterful barn conversions, a short distance from the main house and surrounded by pleasant gardens. 

Families staying at Heacham Manor have the bonus of being welcome to use the facilities, such as the swimming pools, at our sister resort, Searles Leisure Resort, and to enjoy the daytime and evening entertainment, all free of charge.

Cottage Suites are as many Standard Rooms as you require, with sitting rooms and kitchen diners. The suites are housed in our characterful barn conversions a short distance from the main house and surrounded by pleasant gardens. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in cottage suites but we regret that dogs are not allowed into the main house or The Pavilion. However, you are welcome to have a drink with your dogs on the outside seating area of the Sports Bar located at The Pavilion.

Standard Rooms can be arranged in various combinations, along with a self contained, open plan sitting/dining room and kitchen to give guests fully independent self-catering accommodation.
