Houghton Hall Art Exhibitions Norfolk

Antony Gormley’s Time Horizon at Houghton Hall, Norfolk

One of Norfolk’s biggest summer art exhibitions kicked off last month with the opening of Antony Gormley’s Time Horizon at Houghton Hall. The estate has built an enviable reputation for its top-tier art installations in recent years, with Damien Hirst, Henry Moore, Anish Kapoor and Sean Scully among the stellar names whose work has graced the estate’s grounds. This year, more than 100 of Gormley’s life-size sculptures will be displayed across 300 acres of the parkland, and if you’d love to see the show, our Norfolk Coast Mini Break is just the ticket! A two-night stay, including welcome prosecco, a three-course dinner and full English breakfast, starts at £149 per person – a great way to set yourself up for a day exploring Houghton. The Houghton Horse Trials also takes place at the estate on Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 May, so there’s an opportunity to watch the equestrian action here this month too.
