Our barn conversion Cottage Rooms located on the grounds are away from the main hotel, offering a versatile space for any kind of break.
Cottage Standard
Heacham Manor has high standards and it shows in these neat, well-designed rooms, ideal for visitors on business or pleasure.
The Cottage Standard Rooms are modern and comfortable with plenty of space and located just adjacent to the Manor House in our beautiful Norfolk style barn conversions (or 'cottages' as we like to call them). The Rooms can be set up as either Twins or Doubles and some feature both bath and shower. Cots and ‘zed’ beds can easily be added in most rooms at a small extra cost.
Enjoy the short walk past the duck pond for breakfast!
Cottage Suites
Our Cottage Suites offer the perfect solution for a DIY break. Cots can be added, and sofa beds extended for children. With the options to add up to 2 addition double en-suite bedrooms when sharing with additional adults. The possibilities are endless.
With sitting rooms and kitchen diners, these suites are housed in our characterful barn conversions, a short distance from the main house and surrounded by pleasant gardens.
Families staying at Heacham Manor have the bonus of being welcome to use the facilities, such as the swimming pools, at our sister resort, Searles Leisure Resort, and to enjoy the daytime and evening entertainment, all free of charge.

Dog Friendly Cottage
Offering the same flexible configuration as our Cottage Suites, with the option make use of the sofa bed in the lounge or to add z-beds for children, or additional bedrooms for adults. Our pet-friendly suites are housed in our characterful barn conversions a short distance from the main house and surrounded by pleasant gardens. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in cottage suites but we regret that dogs are not allowed into the main house or The Pavilion. However, you are welcome to have a drink with your dogs on the outside seating area of the Sports Bar located at The Pavilion.

Self Catering
Standard Rooms can be arranged in various combinations, along with a self contained, open plan sitting/dining room and kitchen to give guests fully independent self-catering accommodation. Plus get the unique benefit of all the hotel facilities on-site, including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, and golf course.
Choose from two or three bedrooms, plus extra cots and sofa-beds. Dogs are welcome in designated pet-friendly cottages, which are set in our Norfolk style barn conversions, a short distance from the main Manor House and set within beautiful garden areas and convenient parking. Minimum 3 night stay.
