Welcome to the Heacham Manor Hotel
Undoubtedly one of the most relaxing hotels on the Hunstanton coastline, the Heacham Manor Hotel offers sumptuous accommodation, mouth-watering food & drink, lovingly tended gardens and a beautiful coastal golf course, all delivered by friendly staff who want your stay to be so enjoyable, you come to visit again and again.
Originally an Elizabethan Manor House, Heacham Manor was restored and refurbished in 2009. Now a luxury Norfolk hotel, the accommodation is fresh, elegant and extremely comfortable, the food is highly rated, and our sleepy country location is perfect for relaxation of the most indulgent kind. For leisurely days out we're within easy reach of many of Norfolk's most enjoyable attractions, and for wildlife lovers, some of the UK's richest treasures are right on the doorstep.
The Norfolk Coast
Nestled in the beautiful coastal countryside of north Norfolk, Heacham Manor provides an ideal base to explore the area’s fantastic coastline, enchanting countryside, and the many other attractions that have made Norfolk a favourite holiday destination for thousands of people every year.
The hotel is also just a stone’s throw from the famous lavender fields of Norfolk Lavender, and a short drive from the Queen’s much loved home and gardens at Sandringham House.
The hotel boasts a range of hotel rooms to suit a variety of tastes and budgets. From clean, comfortable and spacious standard rooms, right through to the splendid ‘Four Poster Deluxe’ and the flagship ‘Manor Suite’ which boast sumptuous furnishings and elegant four poster beds. The feedback we receive is almost always positive, hence our most recent accolade, the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence, given to hotels that consistently score at least 4 out of 5 in guest reviews. Rosette Award Winning Restaurant
Take a glance at The Mulberry Restaurant guestbook and you'll see from other people's comments that we really do have a great restaurant. Head Chef Neil Rutland and his talented team are cooking their way to a string of culinary awards, including an AA Rosette awarded to the restaurant in February 2013. The menu is interesting and varied and really capitalises on one of Norfolk's greatest strengths - fantastic fresh ingredients. If you like food, you'll love the hotel restaurant (which also has superb views over our beautiful gardens and coastal golf course).
Superb Self Catering
As well as fantastic hotel rooms, we also have several self-contained holiday cottages, ideal for families and groups. Equipped with fitted kitchens, lounge and dining areas and up to 3 double ensuite bedrooms, a cottage is ideal if you want that extra space together with the option to cook for yourself. Of course, you're welcome in the hotel or restaurant any time. Furthermore, families may enjoy free of charge the leisure facilities within our leisure resort just a few miles from the hotel, offering swimming pools and both daytime & evening entertainment for all ages. Please enquire for details.

Great For Golfers
Whether you're a seasoned pro or an enthusiastic novice, you'll find that Heacham Manor's 18 hole course is a worthy and enjoyable challenge. Now in to it's 3rd growing season (the hotel was a working farm up until 2008), the greens are fabulous, and the fairways are coming on very nicely indeed. There is also a driving range, a putting practice area and a 9 hole course on the neighbouring leisure resort which you can access from the hotel. You can find out more about the golf course , or to book a round .
The pretty driveway winds its way down to the hotel, where you are greeted by our wonderful golfer waiting to welcome you to Heacham Manor. In the beautiful gardens you will see an ancient Mulberry tree, thats legend holds, was planted by Pocahontas during a visit to Heacham with her husband John Rolfe. Over 400 years old, this Pocahontas Mulberry tree still produces Mulberry fruit and guests may enjoy a glass of our 'Mulberry Royale' champagne cocktail with the fruit from this historical tree! The peaceful grounds allow you to stroll between garden areas with arbours, ponds and secret sitting areas.
