Heacham Manor Hotel, Golf, Spa and Cottages commenced development in summer 2008 after five years of planning. The first phase is due for completion by spring 2009.

The 16th Century carrstone house is being converted into a 14 bedroom hotel and will be the first golf hotel with Spa in West Norfolk.

The complex is situated between the village of Heacham and the town of Hunstanton and is only minutes away from the outstanding natural beauty of the Norfolk Coast.

The championship length 18 hole golf course has been designed to incorporate the natural features of the area of Important Landscape Quality which it lies within.The length of the course will also be varied through the inclusion of five sets of tees allowing all golfers a chance to play.

A clubhouse and conference suite are planned to complement the course and hotel. A professional golf shop and quality practice facilities including a short game improvement area are also scheduled.

The luxury Spa is being developed to the highest standards and will include at it's heart a thermal suite. The suite will provide a variety of hot and cold heat experiences to relax and invigorate the body and mind. Water from our own natural spring will refresh your spirits and a range of treatments will be administered by our trained therapists. The luxury spa is located within the leisure club which will include an indoor pool, sauna and Jacuzzi together with a bistro serving a range of healthy drinks and snacks.

The freehold cottages will be built and finished to a high specification and together with the range of facilities on offer will attract a strong leisure market of golfers and spa users. The area with its excellent coast and heritage will also encourage a wide variety of customers.

The leisure market will be further enhanced by a function suite located within the golf clubhouse which will be an ideal venue for weddings, conferences and social occasions.
