When we ask our visitors there's one thing that stands out - the great Norfolk Beaches. We've got some of the very best family friendly and dog friendly beaches in the UK.
A popular walking route for our holidaymakers is the Norfolk Coastal Path. A clifftop walk that stretches from Hunstanton to Cromer, over 42 miles of perfect walking path. We highly recommend this route for those looking to venture out from Heacham and Hunstanton. It's safe with many options to stop off taking in plenty of interesting towns and villages.
The Mulberry Spa Facilities include Thermal Suite with Coyote Spa, Steam Room, Monsoon Shower and Sauna, Four Treatment Rooms and a Relaxation Room. Please note the Mulberry Spa is closed at this time. Please follow us on Facebook for updates on reopening.
Hotel guests can also enjoy complimentary use of the swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, daytime activities and evening entertainment at the 5* Searles Leisure Resort, our sister company just a few miles down the road in Hunstanton.
Whether you're a seasoned pro or an enthusiastic novice, you'll find that Heacham Manor's 18 hole course is a worthy and enjoyable challenge. Now in to it's 6th growing season (the hotel was a working farm up until 2008), the greens are fabulous and the fairways have matured well. There is also a driving range, a putting practice area and a 9 hole course on the neighbouring leisure resort which you can access from the hotel.
We offer a selection of Dog Friendly Family Suites. With many great walks and miles of sandy beaches nearby, dogs are very welcome at Heacham Manor. Please call to reserve your Dog Friendly Suite in advance.View our Dog Policy here.
Heacham Manor Hotel is the perfect location for exploring the surrounding coast and countryside of North and West Norfolk. Anmer Hall, Sandringham House, Holkham Hall, Snettisham Park at Snettisham, Norfolk Lavender at Heacham, Hunstanton's Sealife Aquarium, RSPB reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell plus much, much more.
Free, high-speed internet access is available to all guests and visitors to the golf club, restaurant and bars at Heacham Manor. The fibre optic service has been installed across the grounds serving high speeds of up to 24mb/s in all 45 en-suite bedrooms.
The pretty driveway winds its way down to the hotel, where you are greeted by our wonderful golfer waiting to welcome you to Heacham Manor. In the beautiful gardens you will see an ancient Mulberry tree, which - legend holds - was planted by Pocahontas during a visit to Heacham with her husband John Rolfe. Over 400 years old, this Mulberry tree still produces Mulberry fruit. The peaceful grounds allow you to stroll between garden areas with arbours, ponds and secret sitting areas.
Had a brilliant time, wonderful hotel, great staff, can't wait to go back!
My favourite place to stay in Norfolk - idyllic
Lovely place, highly recommended, very peaceful and the staff are great
The manor house and grounds are tranquil and beautiful. The setting amongst trees really is away from it all
The beach wa so nice and easy to find. We will be going again and taking our dog too!
One of the most delightful aspects of our stay were the staff all of whom could not have been more pleasant and helpful
Wonderful weekend celebrating my parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary. Nothing was too much trouble, staff very welcoming. Rooms lovely and restaurant fantastic. A huge thank you.
We had a three night stay at this hotel in Heacham. Our room in the cottages was very spacious and had tea, coffee, bottled water and kettle. The bathroom was clean and had corner shower with toiletries. Nice sized TV and double bed. Breakfast was good with cereals, fruit and juice and choice of hot food, from Eggs to full English and kippers. Also a choice of vegetarian breakfast. After a short walk over the golf course we walked along the promenade to the town. Enjoyed coffee in the garden and drinks in the bar at night.
We stayed on a golf package and had a wonderful time. Accommodation, food. golf course and surroundings lovely. Thanks to all the friendly staff especially Ben and the chef for our anniversary treat and the enjoyable food.
What a fantastic time we have had at the Heacham Manor Hotel. From start (Christmas Eve) to finish (Friday 27th Dec) it’s been wonderful, our first ever Christmas away and what a way to spend it. Amazing food and plenty of it, homely dog friendly suit and brilliant entertainment. A massive well done to Jon, Sarah, Gemma and all the dining, bar staff and housekeeping teams. To all the Mulberry Spa and golf staff, who kept the course open in difficult conditions and everyone who made our stay a memorable and enjoyable one, even though they had to work over the Christmas break, everyone was smiling.
Look forward to seeing you over 2020 and already looking forward to Christmas next year!
