Tee Booking Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our online booking facility.

To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Paying through Sage Pay.

Arrival on the day:
When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the Avocet Bar or pro shop before beginning your round.  If the Avocet Bar or pro shop is closed, please visit the main hotel reception.

Unable to make your specified tee time on the day:
If you know for any reason on the day you are unable to make the booked tee time, please contact us as early as possible and we endeavour to move your tee time to suitable time on the day

Differing number of players:
If the number of golfers is less than originally booked and paid for, a voucher will be issued for the non-redeemed green fee.

Cancellation Policy:
All bookings are non-refundable but are transferable to alternative times or people.  Subject to availability and a maximum extension date of 1 year from the original tee time.
If you are unable to play on the day you have paid for and reserved.  Please then contact the Heacham Manor team (01485 579825)  prior to the day of your tee time reservation.
Once you have contacted us we will issue a voucher valid for the number of rounds booked.

Failure To turn up for your tee Booking:
If you fail to contact us in advance and do not turn up for your booking no voucher will be issued.

Course Closed:
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), we will issue a voucher for future.
In times of inclement weather, please contact us prior to travelling.

Booking Transferable:
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must have an understanding of the rules and etiquette of golf particularly pace of play.

Dress Code:
Normal golf dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, football/rugby tops, non collared t-shirts.
Spikes, Soft Spikes are requested to be worn, and trainers will be acceptable.
