Important Information Before You Travel

The hotel telephones will be covered from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Sunday.

Due to a high volume of calls at this time, your call may not be answered immediately, so please do leave a short clear message with your name and telephone number and our team will get back to you as soon as they can.

Following the Government announcement last night advising everyone to stay at home we are now operating Heacham Manor Hotel on a minimal staffing level, this is to allow us to maintain the hotel and administer booking queries and contact our guests.

In accordance with the message posted yesterday, see below. We will be contacting guests due to stay with us in the next few weeks, due to the reduced staff level this may take longer than first envisaged. Therefore, if we haven’t made contact with you by your arrival date, don’t worry, your monies will not be lost they will be credited to use at a later date or until we have been able to contact you to discuss options.

Coronavirus Update - March 23rd 2020

The safety and security of our customers, staff and suppliers is always our first core promise. Therefore, in accordance with governments advice, to avoid unnecessary contact, close social proximity and non-essential travel* we have taken the unprecedented precaution of closing Heacham Manor Hotel for the foreseeable future.

The Hotel will close at 10am on Monday 23rd March for our guests and our reception team will be contacting all customers who have bookings starting before the 26th April as a priority to offer to move or credit the booking.

If you are in a position to move or credit your booking, then we would encourage you to do this as it would not only support Heacham Manor Hotel but also the local business’ that rely on our hotel and tourism in the area.

To allow the team time to contact our imminent arrivals please do not attempt to contact the team this week if your booking starts after 26th April. If you are due to stay after 26th April we are happy for you to keep your reservation in place and make a decision nearer the time.

We are mindful of the impact this decision will have on our customers, staff and local suppliers but we are committed to trying to help beat the spread of this terrible virus.

* Essential travel does not include visits to hotels or similar, whether for isolation purposes or holidays. People should remain in their primary residence. Not taking these steps puts additional pressure on communities and services that are already at risk.
