FINDING US

On passing through the carrstone entrance walls, the winding drive takes you past the spring fed pond and under the chestnut tree towards the house. The beautiful facade of the house appears between trees and leads you to a charming reception through the tudor arch porchway.

Excellent road links enable an easy journey to Heacham Manor from all parts of the country. Take the A149 from King’s Lynn by-pass and Heacham Manor is just 20 minutes away.

When you reach the traffic lights at Heacham continue straight ahead on the A149 and, immediately before the approach of the hill to Hunstanton, take the left hand turning, signposted Heacham. Continue down the road and you will find Heacham Manor on your right hand side.

The nearest airports are Norwich and Stansted, while the nearest mainline railway station is King’s Lynn, with local transport links connecting right to the door.

Notification of road closure

Road works are set to commence on 5th September, at the junction between the A149 and Hunstanton Road leading to Heacham Manor.

These works will close the junction for all traffic turning into Hunstanton Road from the A149 until 31st March 2017.

PLEASE NOTE - February 6th to 10th, we have been advised that the A149 between Heacham and Hunstanton will be closed overnight from 7.30pm to 6.30am and a diversion route will be in place.

During this period all traffic accessing Heacham Manor Golf Course will have to do so by turning into Heacham at the Norfolk Lavender traffic lights into Lynn Road (and then right after Tesco express) or down Church Lane (and right at the T-junction).
