We are lucky to enjoy lots of superb events which take place around North Norfolk throughout the year. A perfect excuse for an overnight stay at Heacham Manor Hotel. 

Creake Abbey Farmers Market

1st Saturday of Each Month (Excluding January)

The Creake Abbey Farmers Market has built a reputation as one of the best spots to sample local delights and produce in North West Norfolk. Packed with around 50+ vendors each month visitors enjoy access to artisan cakes and bakes, confectionery, produce, flowers, meats, beverages and much more.

The market runs from 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM, and visitors are also welcomed to check out Creake Abbey's own cafe and farm shop, with its own selection of regional produce, treats and ready meals.

Festival Too

25th June - 9th July 2022

25th, 26th June, 1st, 2nd, 8th, 9th July.

This free festival provides chart-topping bands and artists with 3 weekends of live music. In the past, the festival has hosted Blue, Little Mix, Busted - to name but a few... and all for free!

2022 acts include Reef, Will Young, Heather Small, Judge Jules Live and much more.

Royal Norfolk Show

29th-30th June 2022

Visit the famous Royal Norfolk Show at the Norfolk Showground and see the range of displays, shops and livestock on display. A fabulous, fun-filled day out for the whole family!

Sandringham Flower Show

27th July 2022

The popular flower show returns to Sandringham for its 139th year! Trade stands, professional garden displays and a variety of arena events.

Chapterhouse Theatre Presents Pride & Prejudice

5th August 2022

Enjoy an evening of outdoor theatre in the beautifully manicured Sandringham Estate Gardens. Chapterhouse Theatre is bringing to life Jane Austen's classic tale of sisterhood and the pursuit of true love. Book your tickets on the Sandringham Estate website.

The Luna Cinema at Sandringham Estate

The Luna Cinema returns to the Royal Sandringham Estate this summer for 4 nights of blockbusters surrounded by the beautiful parkland. Sponsored by the delectable Little Moons Mochi, expect plenty of treats to accompany your cinema experience. Advance booking is recommended. 

80'S Party in the Park

27th-28th August 2022

Brought to you from Live Promotions at the royal Sandringham Estate is the nostalgia bomb of the Summer. The '80s have never been hotter with the hit Netflix show Stranger Things rocketing Kate Bush back into the charts.

This massive 2-day event includes performances from Bananarama, Paul Young, Go West, The Signatures, The Wild Boys, Tony Hadley, Tpau, Heatwave and Toyah! 

North Norfolk Food and Drink Festival

3rd-4th September 2022

Showcasing the best of food and drink from the area, the North Norfolk Food and Drink Festival returns to Holkham Halls Picturesque Walled Garden. 

With a bounty of concessions, cookery theatre, and children’s entertainment there is plenty for all the family to sink their teeth into.

Sandringham Game and Country Fair

10th-11th September 2022

Head to the Countryside Arena at the Sandringham Game and Country Fair for an immersive dive into traditional countryside pursuits. With falconry, chainsaw carving, dog shows, shooting exhibitions and more there is something for everyone.

Fawkes in the Walks

4th NOVEMBER 2022 

The legendary FREE firework event returns to The Walks in King's Lynn.

The park will be packed with stall and rides and the fun will begin at 6pm. The bonfire will be lit at 6.30pm and the main firework display will start at 8pm.

Hunstanton Bonfire Night

5th November 2022

One of the largest fireworks displays in the area and it gets bigger and better each year! With a funfair, stalls, live music, stunning fireworks and refreshments.

Gates open at 5pm. The bonfire will be lit at 6pm. Fireworks display starts at 7.30pm.

Sandringham Christmas Craft, Food and Drink Fair

18th-20th NOVEMBER 2022 

Brought to you by Living Heritage Events, the Sandringham Christmas Fair is a firm festive favourite. 

With plenty of artisan gifts, drinks and treats you'll be sure to pick up some unique gifts for your friends and family this Christmas. You might even catch a glimpse of Santa Claus, so bring the family along. Tickets are available at the Living Heritage Country Shows website.



Wells Christmas Tide

26th November 2022

See Santa Claus arrive at Well-Next-The-Sea by boat, followed by festive fun and entertainment in the town.

Luminate Sandringham

11th November - 18th December 2022

Coming to the Royal Sandringham Estate this Autumn/Winter is a spectacular illuminated trail sure to take your breath away. 

Coupled with atmospheric music, you can meander the 1-mile trail at your own pace and even stop for a Mulled Wine at the half waypoint. Before returning to the Sandringham Cafe for some more refreshments or heading to the fire pit to roast some marshmallows.

Sandringham Wood, Food & Drink Festival

Live from the Sandringham Estate join in a feast for all the senses. Enjoy great food, live music, demonstrations from celebrity chefs, family entertainment, crafts and much more.
