Of the original cottages set aside for investors there are now only 2 remaining, both of which, like those that preceded them, have been designed to achieve maximum revenue for the investor. 

Each cottage contains 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a lounge and a kitchen. The layout of the cottage is such that it can be let as a self contained unit to a golfing group or family, or subdivided in to 3 different hotel rooms for 3 different unrelated parties.

The Ground Floor

The ground floor of the cottage consists of a lounge / diner, a kitchen, and a double bedroom. For groups it's a place to socialise and eat together, but it also doubles as a 'Family Suite' and is commonly sold as a serviced room to hotel guests that just want more spacious accommodation.

Lounge and Diner

Cottages are supplied with a compact but comfortable lounge and dining room. The lounge area has a two seater leather sofa, two arm-chairs, a coffee table and flat screen TV. The dining area has light wooden dinner table with seating for 4 people. There's also a desk with telephone and high speed internet point.

Kitchen

The cottages are equipped with high quality galley kitchens complete with all the cooking utensils needed for self catering. With the manor house in close proximity having meals in the hotel restaurant is also an option for guests, especially when let as a family suite.

Bedroom 1

The bedrooms are roomy, brightly furnished, and very comfortable. The beds are very large and extremely comfortable with an innovative design that lets them serve as two single beds for guests that want a twin room, or kingsize doubles for those that don't.

The bedroom has a wardrobe, dressing table, two chairs, a mirror, a flat screen TV, phone and internet.

Ensuite Bathroom

Each bedroom has it's own high quality ensuite bathroom. The bathroom adjoining the downstairs bedroom has toilet, bath and a shower over the bath.

The First Floor

Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3

The first floor consists of two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, the only difference being that one bathroom has bath and shower, the other has shower only. Both of the upstairs bedrooms are furnished in exactly the same way as the one downstairs.

Exterior

The exterior of the cottage is finished in traditional Norfolk style in keeping with the rest of the Heacham Manor estate. It has a small grassed area which although not segregated from public areas, is well maintained with neatly trimmed lawn and planted with well chosen shrubs and flowers.
