Groups and Golf Societies
Organising a succesful corporate or society golf day is easy at Heacham Manor, with experienced staff and a large range of great facilities at your disposal to make your event a success. Choose from a wide selection of options, including competitions, formal lunches, informal drinks, accommodation packages and more.
Our society rates are available with or without accommodation, as the only golf hotel in the West Norfolk area we are able to offer golf society breaks at superb rates, with the added extra personal touches that make your golf society event special.
We offer a variety of Corporate and Society golf days that can be tailored to suit your requirements. A competition event organiser can be available for helping with score cards and set up of Nearest the Pin and Longest Drive events can also be organised. Special rates can be discussed for charity golf days and banners for hole sponsorship can be placed out on the course by our team.
Facilities
Facilities for golfers include the 18-hole golf course (with trolleys and buggies for hire) and our superb Country Club facilities at Searles Leisure Resort. Making use of Searles Country club is an ideal choice for larger societies, allowing you to enjoy the Searles 9 hole golf course as well as Heacham Manor's 18 hole course.
The Searles driving range is also an option, and for a twist to your event you can also use the EBA Bowls Green, fishing lakes and new Petanque.
For larger events which wish to be based at the Manor we are able to provide an extra room (subject to availability) for changing and showering after your golf.
Food
Dining is available in either the Mulberry Restaurant or the drawing room (for smaller groups) off the main Hotel Bar, we are confident that we will provide you with some of the best quality food your society or group will have experienced.

Tee Times
To enable your society to get on the course more quickly, and to prevent long waits for golfers that have already played, you can start your rounds on the 1st, 10th or 13th tee.
All tee times will be pre booked and reserved for your society.
Trolley and Buggy Hire
Trolleys and motorised buggies are available for hire (subject to course conditions). It is advisable to reserve buggies at time of booking.
Coaching
Coaching clinics, group tuition and video lessons can be arranged with our PGA Professional Ray Stocker.

Bronze
Coffee on arrival , 18 Holes Golf, Ham Egg & Chips: £22.50
Silver
Coffee on arrival, 18 Holes Golf, 2 Course Cold Meats Buffet Lunch: £28.50
Gold
Coffee on arrival, 18 Holes golf, 2 Course hot meal from our Societies Menu: £31.00
Platinum
Coffee & Bacon Roll on arrival, 18 Holes Golf, 2 Course hot meal from our Societies Menu: £34.00
Prices quoted are per person and include coffee on arrival and are inclusive of VAT.
- Add £2.50 for weekends and July / August.
- Reduce by £2.50 for Midweek November To April.
Minimum of 10 people required for our society packages.
Other options including 36 holes or fine dining are available please call and ask for more details.
Would all society organisers please note the following:-
- Minimum of 10 people required for our society packages.
- Final numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the day. A charge will be incurred if the number attending is less than the number booked.
- Dress regulations should be strictly adhered to. These include NO denim trousers, NO trainers (golf shoes only) or tracksuits, shirts MUST collared and be tucked in and ONLY tailored shorts permissible. Socks MAY be ankle length.
- All players must have their own set of golf clubs.
- All members of the society should recognise and obey the rules & etiquette of the game.
- Final payment must be made on the day (unless by prior arraignment).
