Opened in May 2009, this well respected 18 hole championship length course has been created over an area of important landscape quality. Visitors are more than welcome, just make sure to book your tee time in advance.

A superb 6,622 yard challenge, with some of the best greens in the area, the course provides an excellent test of your skill in a picturesque location surrounded by stunning coastal scenery. Before you tee off, make sure to have a warm up on our practice putting green.

Societies and group bookings are welcome and our rates are very competitive.

Please note that from 7th October the Aovcet Bar will be open on weekends between 7.30am and Dusk and Mondays from 7.30am to 3pm


Food will be available from 7.30am to 2.30pm when the Avocet is open, serving light snacks and refreshments for golfers to relax after playing.  With a number of comfy chairs and sofas and a big screen TV showing Sky Sports, guests will be able to enjoy much more than just the golf when visiting Heacham Manor.

For golf outside of these times please register your arrival in the Heacham Manor Reception.


New Changing Rooms Now Open

We are pleased to announce that Heacham Manor’s new changing facilities are now open.  These changing rooms are now available to enhance your visit to Heacham Manor Golf Club, enabling you and your fellow golfers to be able to change before and shower after your game in warmth, comfort and space.
