The Mulberry RestaurantIf the promise of a fantastic location, a gorgeous period manor house and some of the loveliest hotel rooms in Norfolk isn't enough, that's OK, because you really need no other reason to come, than the food.
The restaurant consistently receives excellent feedback, and it's no wonder. Norfolk is alive with fantastic fresh ingredients, ranging from locally caught fish through to wonderful organic vegetables and meat reared on famous local estates such as Royal Sandringham.
The Mulberry Restaurant has been given the fantastic accolade of an AA Rosette award. The long-established Rosette scheme recognises successful cooking at different levels across the UK. These restaurants achieve standards that stand out in their local area. They serve food prepared with care, understanding and skill, using good quality ingredients, where guests can eat in with confidence and a sense of anticipation.
Head Chef Neil Rutland said
'The AA rosette is something that we as a restaurant and as a hotel have aimed for since opening 3 years ago. I am very proud to have achieved this in what is quite a short space of time, I must give much praise to my kitchen team for thier hard work and dedication as I couldn't have done it alone. We will strive to keep up the high standards of food and service and continue to improve.'

If you're thinking of booking a room and would like to enjoy a dinner or two while you're staying with us, we highly recommend reserving a table at the time of booking your break. The restaurant is regularly full in the evenings (particularly during the summer) and although we'd love you to eat with us, it may not be possible to get a table at short notice.
